Report something we can reproduce
Use the project operator’s public GitHub profile to report a BitReach bug, incorrect place value, inaccessible control, privacy question, licensing concern, or policy correction. This route is public and not intended for emergencies or confidential records.
What to include
- The exact BitReach page and the setup you selected.
- Your browser, device type, and approximate viewport width.
- The target number, answer, and bit explanation if arithmetic looked wrong.
- Keyboard or assistive technology steps for an accessibility barrier.
- The behavior you observed and the result you expected.
What not to include
Do not post passwords, authentication tokens, payment information, precise location, private student information, medical information, or screenshots containing unrelated personal data. BitReach has no account recovery, billing, or camera support workflow. General educational questions should go to a teacher or an appropriate learning community.
Response scope
Reports are reviewed as capacity allows. A public route does not guarantee an individual reply, deadline, feature request, or restoration of browser-local progress.
