Privacy policy

Privacy choices stay explicit

Practice data stored on your device

BitReach uses localStorage for a small versioned progress record. It contains aggregate completed sessions, answered and correct totals, the best eight-question score, small per-bit review counters, and the last range, direction, and timer choice. It does not contain your name, email address, account identifier, raw answer history, physical hand images, camera data, payment information, or precise location. Clearing site data removes this record. Private browsing or blocked storage does not prevent play.

Optional analytics configured for launch

The authorized-launch build is configured for Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-8ZM6ZF61XB, dedicated to BitReach. Analytics storage is denied by default and no Google script or request is loaded before a visitor selects Allow. “No thanks” keeps this site from making any Google Analytics request. Allow loads only this site’s ID for a consented page view and two coarse event names: practice started and practice completed. No target number, submitted answer, finger weight, bit error, score, timer value, adaptive profile, or local progress is sent. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and Google signals remain disabled.

Your current analytics choice is: Not chosen. . A choice is stored in localStorage under a site-specific versioned key. Withdrawal records a decline, restores denied consent, sets the GA disable flag, and stops future page or event sends. It cannot retract data already processed while consent was active; that data follows the provider's retention process.

Hosting and technical logs

The planned host is Cloudflare Pages. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information such as IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. BitReach does not add an account database, advertising tracker, payment processor, camera API, or form-submission service. Links to GitHub leave this site and follow that service’s own policy.

Children and classroom use

BitReach is a general educational game and does not knowingly request personal information from children. Teachers and guardians should avoid entering student identifiers into public support reports. The game is not a student-record system and should not be used to store grades or sensitive education data.

Questions and corrections

Send a privacy or deletion-process question through the public route on the Contact page. Include the page, browser, and expected behavior, but never include a credential or sensitive record. Material policy changes will update the effective date on this page.
